Returns & Exchanges


At Lounge Avenue, we are happy to offer exchanges only.


Exchanges


We accept exchanges within 14 days of delivery, provided that:

    •    Items are unworn, unwashed and in original condition

    •    All tags remain attached

    •    Items are returned in original packaging


Non-returnable items


For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept exchanges on:

    •    Accessories

    •    Sale items

    •    Items marked as final sale


Refunds


We do not offer refunds. Approved returns will be processed as an exchange or store credit only.


Faulty items


If your item is faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.


How to request an exchange


Please email Exchange@loungeavenueuk.com with your order number and reason for exchange.


Return postage


Customers are responsible for return postage costs unless the item is faulty.
